Peanut Butter Yogurt Fruit Dip

Peanut Butter Yogurt Fruit Dip

This Peanut Butter Yogurt Fruit Dip contains only four ingredients and comes together in minutes for a tasty snack or dessert! I love keeping these ingredients on hand, because we always have fruit in the house and in minutes we can have a tasty dip to pair it with! I usually serve this Peanut Butter Yogurt Fruit Dip with strawberries, apples or banana slices, but you can pair it with any fruit you think goes well with peanut butter. This makes a great, healthy snack for adults and kids alike, perfect for the whole family. Not only does it taste decadent and flavorful, but a 1/4 cup serving is just 60 calories or 2 WW Points (or 3 WW Points if following the diabetic WW plan)! Using a powdered peanut butter like PB2 helps keep this Peanut Butter Yogurt Fruit Dip low in fat while still offering all the tasty peanut butter flavor you crave. They sell PB2 at my local grocery stores (as well as similar products by other brands), but if you have trouble finding it you can easily order it on Amazon. I’ve used it in several other recipes (I even have a category for it in my recipe index) and it’s great added to oatmeal, sauces or baked goods, so you’ll have no trouble using it up!

  1. This sounds so yummy. Going to get the ingredient next time I go to the grocery and give it a try. Thanks!

  2. I made this right away and it was so good. I assume the honey is for making it sweeter but it adds a lot of points and so I put splenda instead and tastes great. Thanks for sharing.

  3. I have been making this dip for years…but I use Splenda instead of honey!

  4. I made this last night, I used Vanilla Greek Yogurt and it was sweet enough that I didn’t have to add any additional sweetener. This was a huge hit and my picky son who does not like apples, ate a bunch of apple slices with this dip. Thank you.

  5. I have fruits everyday , this dip is perfect idea for me. There is no powdered PB where I live. If I use regular PB , how much amount should I use ?

  6. Sounds wonderful and very easy! Just what I need for a small July 4th gathering! I will serve this serve this as part of the desserts. I’m thinking of making 2 versions: original (using Monk-fruit sweetener instead of honey) and a Chocolate PB version: adding 1 TBSP dark cocoa powder to it (1TBSP =1 blue point/6 …doesn’t add points/serving) !5 stars
