This Taco Spiced Hummus is a fun, flavorful, and lightened up dip that pairs beautifully with veggies for a healthy snack or appetizer!
Yield: 6(1/4 cup) servings
Ingredients
1(15.5 oz) can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
2/3cupplain nonfat Greek yogurt
2teaspoonschili powder
1teaspoonground cumin
½teaspoonsalt
½teaspoonblack pepper
¼teaspoonpaprika
¼teaspoongarlic powder
¼teaspoononion powder
¼teaspoondried oregano
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a food processor and turn it on. Process for 2-5 minutes until smooth. You may want to stop it halfway through and use a rubber spatula to scrape down the sides of the bowl to make sure everything is well combined.
