Strawberry Avocado Toast Flats

These Strawberry Avocado Toast Flats are sweet, salty, tangy and they make a perfect breakfast or lunch!

Ingredients

  • 1 Flatout Foldit Artisan Flatbread, such as the 5 Grain Flax
  • 2 oz mashed avocado
  • 3 strawberries, sliced
  • ½ teaspoon balsamic glaze, I used Wegmans brand but lots of other brands sell this pre-made in a squeeze bottle!
  • 1 teaspoon sliced almonds
  • Sprinkle of sea salt, to taste

Instructions

  • Slice your Foldit in half at the seam to make two rounds. Toast in your toaster oven to desired darkness.
  • Spread each toasted round with half of the avocado and top with the sliced strawberries. Drizzle with the balsamic glaze and sprinkle with the almonds and sea salt.
