Taco Spiced Hummus

This Taco Spiced Hummus is a fun, flavorful, and lightened up dip that pairs beautifully with veggies for a healthy snack or appetizer!

  • 1 (15.5 oz) can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 2/3 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon dried oregano

  • Place all ingredients in a food processor and turn it on. Process for 2-5 minutes until smooth. You may want to stop it halfway through and use a rubber spatula to scrape down the sides of the bowl to make sure everything is well combined.
