Eat more vegetables with this easy, lightened up Creamy Veggie Dip!
Yield: 8(1/4 cup) servings
Ingredients
1cupfat free sour cream
½cupnonfat plain Greek yogurt, (I use Fage 0%)
½cuplight mayonnaise, (I use Hellmann's)
1 ½teaspoonsseasoned salt
1 ½teaspoonsdried parsley flakes
1 ½teaspoonsdried minced onion
¼teaspoondried dill weed
⅛teaspoongarlic powder
¼teaspoonWorcestershire sauce
3-4dropsFrank's Red Hot cayenne sauce
Instructions
Stir together all ingredients in a mixing bowl until well combined. Cover and refrigerate for at least two hours.
