1cupberriesfrozen or fresh (I actually had about ½ c fresh blueberries in my fridge, so I used those and ½ c frozen mixed berries)
½cupskim milk
Optional: 1 scoop vanilla flavored whey protein powderI used Biggest Loser Designer Whey
Instructions
Place all ingredients into a blender OR into the mixing cup for an immersion blender and blend.
Pour into a glass and drink up!
