8oz1/3 less fat cream cheesesoftened
½cuplow fat mayonnaiseI used Hellmann’s Low Fat
4ozextra sharp cheddar cheeseshredded (I used Cabot Seriously Sharp)
4oz50% reduced fat sharp cheddar cheeseshredded (I used Cabot brand)
4ozjar diced pimentosdrained
1teaspoonWorcestershire sauce *omit if making vegetarian*
¼teaspoongarlic powder
¼teaspoondried chopped onions
¼teaspooncayenne pepperstart here and add more to taste if you like a kick
