This Lemon Blueberry Oatmeal is a quick and easy morning meal for one!
Yield: 1serving
Ingredients
¾cupwater
½cupuncooked old fashioned oats
apinchsalt
1teaspoonsugar
1teaspoonlemon curd
¼cupblueberries
Instructions
Pour the water into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Stir in the oats and salt and reduce the heat to a simmer. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and immediately stir in the sugar, lemon curd, and blueberries until mixed. Serve warm.
