Lemon Blueberry Oatmeal

This Lemon Blueberry Oatmeal is a quick and easy morning meal for one!

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup water
  • ½ cup uncooked old fashioned oats
  • a pinch salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon curd
  • ¼ cup blueberries

Instructions

  • Pour the water into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Stir in the oats and salt and reduce the heat to a simmer. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and immediately stir in the sugar, lemon curd, and blueberries until mixed. Serve warm.
