These easy, tasty Chai Spiced Pear Baked Oatmeal Singles have the warm, comforting flavors from your favorite chai latte, baked into a delicious grab-and-go breakfast or snack!
Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees. Lightly mist a 12-count standard-sized muffin tin with cooking spray and set aside.
In a medium mixing bowl, add the oats, brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, allspice, and salt and stir together until combined.
In a separate large mixing bowl, add the egg white, egg, vanilla, skim milk, and applesauce and whisk together until smooth. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir together until combined together. Stir in the chopped pear. Spoon the mixture evenly amongst the wells in the prepared muffin tin.
Place the muffin tin into the heated oven and bake for 20-24 minutes until the oatmeal is lightly browned and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
